Plans are activated with guided setup. Requesting a plan does not create an account or start billing. Included AI minutes are shared by the company, not multiplied by the number of users.

A few things worth knowing.

Is this one app or a package?

Fieldfully is one package of three products: GHP Field, Counted Books and Carina. They currently use separate workspaces. Setup and connections are reviewed for your business; a single login and automatic syncing across every feature are not included today.

What happens after the first year?

Fieldfully Complete is $139/month for the first 12 paid months, with Counted Books included free. Keeping all three costs $158/month from month 13. Counted Books’s regular standalone price remains $19/month.

Can I keep my current business number?

We review forwarding and phone-number options during setup. Keep your existing service while the reception pilot is tested. Transferring a number is a separate step.

Can Carina book jobs or send messages automatically?

The current workflow keeps office review in place. Carina captures requests; automatic appointment booking and broad app connections are still being developed. Callback and SMS options require phone setup and pilot verification.

Do you support Spanish?

This website is available in English and US / Latin American Spanish. Spanish support for Carina’s calls, the product screens and Gmail/GHP Field connection flows is in development and will be released after testing.

Does the package include an accountant?

Counted Books is bookkeeping software. The package does not include a human accountant, tax filing or professional accounting advice.
